China Appraisal Society

IACVS has maintained a good and close cooperative relationship with the China Appraisal Association (CAS) since 2009. The China Appraisal Society was established in December 1993. It is a national self-regulatory organization in the asset appraisal industry. It accepts the guidance and supervision of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Civil Affairs according to law. It is the largest and most authoritative professional appraisal association in China. IACVS has hosted seven ICVS live training class with the supporting of CAS since 2010. IACVS and CAS co-hosted one international valuation conference in 2012.

We believe that as the economic and social needs for asset assessment increase, the exchanges between the CAS and IACVS will become more frequent. IACVS will also fully demonstrate and prove our professional capabilities and professional attitudes, strive to gain the trust and support of relevant market players, and contribute to promoting the development of the international evaluation industry and the development of China's valuation industry!
